TSTC Waco Kultgen Automotive Center Renovations

Strohmeyer Architects partnered with Huckabee & Associates on the renovation to this 49,000 SF single story building while occupied with classes and lab instruction ongoing in areas of the building. Major scope items included 19,000 SF of classroom and lab space renovations, including hallways, interior walls, ceiling grid and flooring. Additional work throughout the building involved relocating electrical, installing wall, flooring, and ceiling finish out, and data relocation in proposed renovated area.
