As CEO of Strohmeyer Architects inc., Jimmy knows facility design/contruction inside and out. Prior to launching his firm in 2012, he was the Managing principal for SHW Group LLP and directly served most of the firm’s key school district clients including Rockwall ISD, Lewisville ISD, Highland Park ISD and Plano ISD.
Successfully completing a wide range of school projects, Jimmy has more than 28 years of experience in the industry; he has had direct responsibility for the development of learning environments tooling over $4 billion. Jimmy provides the expertise that a large firm has to offer with a small firm personal touch.

Phillip Craddock, AIA, NCARB
Principal Design Director
Phillip Craddock is a licensed architect. During the span of his 28-year career in Architecture, he has designed more than 300 Walmart and Sam’s Club stores as well as hundreds of thousands of square feet of Medical Office space throughout the United States. Prior to starting his own firm, Phillip contributed to the success of several architectural firms within the DFW metroplex where he received numerous accolades for his commitment to design. He is licensed in numerous states and is a proud supporter of several community outreach programs that bring awareness to improve the well-being of people and animals we all share life with.

Since joining Strohmeyer Architects in 2017 she has continually impacted those around her through her enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to the client. Building strong relationships with her clients is part of what makes her so successful. She has designed interiors for numerous projects for The City of Plano, Orthapedic Specialists of Dallas, Harbor Heights LLC and others in North Texas area.
Deidre’ holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and minor in Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas.
